WASHINGTON — A man charged with selling the drug Viagra in a Chicago apartment is on federal charges after he was arrested and booked in the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Graziano pleaded guilty to the charges in the Eastern District of New York. He also entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy and was sentenced to four months in federal prison.
Graziano, 52, of Chicago, was arraigned on July 10. He is scheduled to appear in U. District Court in Chicago at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 30.
His U. Attorneys have charged Graziano with one count of conspiracy to commit fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, and one count of possession with intent to sell.
